PowerPAC+ places a high priority on protecting your privacy. This privacy policy was created in order to demonstrate PowerPAC+'s firm commitment to the privacy of our members and website users. This policy explains what types of information is collected by PowerPAC+'s website, www.pacplus.org, and how this information is used.

What Personally Identifiable Information is Collected
People interested in the work of PowerPAC+ may, from time to time, register for events and petitions or individuals that sign up to receive PowerPAC+ e-communications voluntarily provide us with contact information (such as name and e-mail address or phone number). Pacplus.org uses your IP address to help diagnose problems with our website, to administer pacplus.org, and for statistical metrics used to track website visitor traffic.

We are a nonprofit organization and political action committee dedicated to our mission of building the engagement of communities of color and progressive voters. From time to time we may use the information you give us to tell you about campaigns we are working on and candidates we support. We may also send you requests to opt in to campaigns directly at which time your information may become a part of that campaigns data set, and therefore fall under their privacy policy. We are not in the business of selling your data to other campaigns or candidates. We also do not share or sell your information to third party for-profit companies.

We may amend this privacy policy from time to time; please review it periodically. We maintain the option to modify this privacy at any time by electronic notice posted on our website. Your continued use of our website after the date that such notices are posted will be deemed to be your agreement to the changed terms.
